- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

- 2 tsp oil
- 2-3 tsp butter
- 2 tsp fresh cream
- 1-2 bay leaves
- 1 small stick cinnamon
- 3-4 cloves
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp kasuri methi
- As per taste Salt
Instructions to make to make Paneer tikka masala
- Cut the paneer into big cubes. Mix all the ingredients of marination in a mixing bowl. Add paneer cubes in it, mix it well. Keep it in refrigerator.
- Take a wok heat oil. Add onion salute it for 3-4 minutes. Add tomatoes, cashew, cardamom, sugar, turmeric, garam masala and red chilli powder. Cook it on low medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Add 1/2 glass water. Turn off the flame. Allow it to cool.
- Grind the masala to make smooth paste.
- Heat oil and butter in a wok. Add cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves and ginger-garlic paste. Saute it for 1-2 minutes. Add onion paste to it. Cook it on low medium heat till oil separates on top.
- Add cream, stir continuously. Add Kasuri methi.
- For paneer tikka grill the marinated paneer in Ivan for 8-10 minutes or cook it on a nonstick pan for 4-5 minutes then arrange it in skewer and grill it in direct stove flame.
- Add these tikkas in gravy. Mix it well. Turn off the flame. Your Paneer tikka masala is ready.
