- 1 tbsp Mustard oil

- 1 tsp Coriander powder

- 2 tbsp Fresh Cream
- 1 pinch Garam Masala
- 1 Lemon juice
Instructions to make to make Aaloo Palak
- In a blending jar add the blanched spinach, fresh coriander, and green chillies. Grind into a paste
- Heat mustard oil in wok until the smoke appears, add Jeera and allow it to splutter.
- Add onions and cook. Add ginger garlic and stir for a while
- Add potatoes and cook for 4-5 mins while stirring.
- Once potatoes are cooked add all spices and salt. Cook for few mins
- Finally add spinach puree and curds and cook for few mins
- Add cream, garam Masala and lemon juice. Cook for few mins
- Once well cooked aaloo palak is ready.Serve it hot and fresh.
