- 1cup Curd
- 1 tsp ginger n green chilli paste
- to taste salt
- 1 tsp castor sugar

- 1 tsp eno salt

- 1tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Black mustard seeds
- Pinch asofitida
- as required Slit green chillies as you like
- 1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1 lemon juice
- As required curry leaves few

Steps to make to make Snow white Dhokla with mustard tempering
- In a deep bowl add in sooji, curd and mix nicely add salt, ginger chilli paste. Add sugar, 2tbsp water mix nicely.Cover it and keep it for ten to fifteen mins.
- Now add oil and little water in it to make a thick consistency batter. Meanwhile put the water on flame to steam the dhokla. Now add eno salt and a tsp of water in the batter. This is to make a froth on it. Fold lightly and immediately pour the mixture in a greased tin. I used a bundt tin. Steam this for 15 minutes on medium flame. Check with toothpick if it comes out clean,it's done.
- Cool it, demould it. Now take a small pan. Drizzle oil in it. Add the mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chillies. Mix and add lemon juice and four to five tsp water. Pour it on the dhokla garnish it with green coriander and serve with plum chutni.(check recipe)
